The www.skinn.gr is the online store for displaying and selling products via the Internet of the Greek company SKINN HELLAS AK, headquartered at 22-24 Vellerefontou Street, 10443, Greece (Tax Identification Number: 103886386 / Tax Office A Athens / General Registry Number: 134962901000) (hereinafter referred to as "Skinn Hellas"). Before entering the online store and browsing our website, we invite you to consult the following terms and conditions, which apply to the use of our online store.

Please ensure that you agree to the following terms and conditions, because your further use and browsing of the above website implies your express and unreserved consent and agreement to their application and validity.

1. Scope

These general terms of use exclusively cover any sale of products through the website. www.skinn.gr. Any deviations from these must be confirmed by Skinn Hellas in writing. Any other general Terms and Conditions are expressly excluded. Every user who enters and uses the services of the online store is deemed to consent to and unconditionally accept the terms set forth herein, without any exception. If any user does not agree with these terms, he must refrain from using the online store and from any transaction with it.

In particular, sending your order implies acceptance of this Agreement and all its terms.

2. Amendment of the terms hereof

Skinn Hellas reserves the right to modify or renew the terms and conditions of transactions according to its needs and business ethics. The modification or renewal will be effective from the moment this text is updated for any change. However, the change of terms does not affect orders that you have already placed. For this reason, users of the website must check the terms at regular intervals for any changes.

3. Information provided through the website

Skinn Hellas is committed to the completeness and validity of the information listed on its website. www.skinn.gr, both with regard to the existence of the essential characteristics that are described for each product it has, as well as the accuracy of the data concerning the services provided by the Skinn Hellas online store, subject to any technical or typographical or accidental errors that have escaped attention or have arisen unintentionally or due to any interruptions in the operation of the website due to force majeure.

4. Product availability

In the event that any of the products you ordered are not immediately available, we will inform you within a reasonable time via email or telephone about the likely time of receipt of the product from the supplier and its subsequent delivery to you.

5. Responsibility of Skinn Hellas

Skinn Hellas is only liable for intent and gross negligence, in the event of a delay in the delivery of ordered products and for information it provides or services it provides through its website.

Skinn Hellas is not responsible for any technical problems that may occur to users when attempting to access the website and during this and are related to the operation or compatibility of their own infrastructure for the use of the website. Skinn Hellas also has no responsibility for acts or omissions of third parties and in particular unauthorized interventions by third parties in products and/or services and/or information available through it.

Skinn Hellas makes every effort to provide high quality services. However, errors in prices and secondary product characteristics cannot be ruled out and it cannot be guaranteed that there will be no website downtime or technical/typographical errors when updating or displaying the price of a product. For the safety and efficiency of your purchases, we invite you, if you find that a product is offered at an unusually low or high price in relation to its market value, before proceeding with your order, to contact the Customer Service Department at 216 700 6057 or via email at [email protected], daily from 9.00 to 17.00.

6. How to Order

Orders must be received in writing online by completing and submitting the relevant Order Form available on the website. www.skinn.gr. Your order is considered received by Skinn Hellas from the moment relevant information is received by e-mail to the contact email address you have registered.

Your order is considered binding when the order status indicates "Shipping" or "Available for Pickup".

The orderer must check the Registration Confirmation and inform Skinn Hellas in writing immediately or at the latest within 12 hours from the time of receipt of electronic notification, of any possible error, otherwise the information stated in the Registration Confirmation will apply to this Contract.

7. Product prices

Before sending an Order Form, it is considered that the following data and information have been made known:

The listed prices of the various products displayed on the website pages include VAT, at the rate provided by law.

The prices of the online store may change at any time without notice. Skinn Hellas bears no responsibility and does not cover price differences of products purchased from a physical Skinn Hellas store and the customer subsequently discovered a lower price in its online store or vice versa.

The various product offers are valid until stocks last. In the event of low or limited availability of a product that has been put on offer, Skinn Hellas reserves the right to execute the relevant orders based on the satisfaction of as many of its customers as possible, i.e. orders placed by different/separate users.

8. Pickup from the physical store

Skinn Hellas provides the user with the ability to order the products that are available through the online store and receive the products from the physical store maintained by Skinn Hellas. Specifically, the customer may select through the online store the product(s) that he/she desires, as well as the physical store from which he/she wishes to receive his/her order, paying the purchase price in cash upon receipt of the products from the store, in the case of the specific choice. This option is provided under the following terms and conditions:

– The customer must provide the required information to verify their identity (i.e., name, email address, contact telephone number.

– In the event that it is determined that a user is abusing this option provided to him by Skinn Hellas (e.g. repeated ordering of items through the online store and failure to receive them from the store, etc.), the latter may reject and refuse the order of the said user through the option of receiving from the store, as well as interrupt the option to submit online orders.

9. Order cancellation

You can cancel your order at any stage of its processing, by contacting the Customer Service Department by phone at 216 700 6057, or by sending an email to [email protected], daily from 9:00 to 17:00. Depending on the stage of your order, Skinn Hellas will inform you about the options you have.

ATTENTION: The order can be canceled without cost until it is mailed. In case of cancellation of an order that has already been mailed, the buyer is asked to deposit shipping costs of 5€ via bank deposit or 8€ via Paypal. Otherwise, the company “Skinn Hellas” reserves all its legal rights to claim damages that may have arisen as a result of the customer’s electronic or telephone order, including the cost of the entire claim process.

10. Proof of your transactions

Sending an order through the website www.skinn.gr is equivalent to an acknowledgement that the debts and other facts relating to the use of the website www.skinn.gr, will be proven by the extracts from Skinn Hellas' books, which reflect the status of your order and to which you acknowledge and attribute full evidentiary value. You also acknowledge that any data stored locally on Skinn Hellas' computers or in electronic data storage spaces of online service providers fully prove your activities on the Skinn Hellas website and all related facts.

11. Delivery of products and risk of deterioration

From the time of delivery of the ordered product by Skinn Hellas to the courier service, the risk passes to the buyer, and Skinn Hellas is not responsible for the accidental destruction or deterioration of the products.

The products can be shipped to you anywhere within the Greek Territory and Cyprus. The products will be shipped to the location you have indicated on the Order Form by courier service, ACS. However, Skinn Hellas reserves the right to choose a different courier or transport company, even after ordering your products. If the area you are in is considered inaccessible by ACS, your package will remain at the nearest ACS store to you. Shipments will be made daily, except Saturday, Sunday and holidays.

Also, Skinn Hellas is not responsible for loss, delayed delivery, destruction or deterioration of products during their transport by any courier company.

12. Warranty

Skinn Hellas products are certified by the European Committee for Cosmetics Safety (CPNP) and the National Medicines Agency (EOF). However, Skinn Hellas does not provide a warranty or guarantee protection for products that are not manufactured by or on behalf of Skinn Hellas, and which Skinn Hellas simply resells.

13. Force Majeure

Skinn Hellas is not liable for delays in performance (including delivery) due to circumstances beyond Skinn Hellas’ control or due to force majeure, during which it will be entitled to an extension of time for performance. Indicative examples of force majeure may include strikes, terrorist acts, war, supplier/transport/production problems, exchange rate fluctuations, government or legislative acts and natural disasters. If such events last for more than 2 months, this Agreement may be terminated by either party without compensation.

14. Your obligations as a Customer

You are responsible for:

1. Your product selection and its suitability for your purposes and for the use for which it is intended.
2. Telephone and postal costs for communication with Skinn Hellas, if any.
3. The costs of shipping and/or transporting the products to the buyer's residence or business premises.

 LEGAL NOTICE

The purpose of this is to set out the terms and conditions governing the use of our company's website, as well as the privacy policy it follows. The visitor/user must carefully read the following terms of use and conditions of service provision, before visiting or using the website and in case of disagreement, must not use them. Otherwise, it is presumed that he fully and unreservedly accepts the aforementioned terms, which apply to the entire content of this website.

To access the website you must be an adult (over 18 years of age), otherwise prior parental permission is required and you must have a valid email address.

The use of the website requires that the user has the necessary hardware and software for using the Internet.
