16. Shipping Costs / Free Delivery

For orders over €39:

• The shipping cost is free for all of Greece and €5 for Cyprus.
• In the case of payment by PayPal, no additional transaction fees apply.
• In the case of payment by cash on delivery, payment costs of €1.50 apply.

For orders under €39:

• The transportation cost is €2.50 for Attica, €3 for Greek provinces and €8 for Cyprus.  
• In the case of payment by cash on delivery, payment costs of €1.50 apply in addition to transportation costs.                                 
• In the case of payment by PayPal, no additional transaction fees apply.

Note : orders over 6 kg are delivered by cooperating shipping companies depending on the region. We will inform you about the shipping costs no later than 24 hours after your order.

17. Order delay

In very exceptional cases, your order may be delayed for the following reasons:

1. The product has been delayed by our supplier: There are cases where an order may be delayed at customs or in transit, resulting in us not having it in our warehouses when we estimate. In such a case, we will contact you to ask if you would still like us to execute the order without this product or to suggest an alternative. We will send this item to you immediately after it is received in our warehouses.
2. The product you ordered has been discontinued and is not available: Among the many products we display in our online store, there are rare cases where their supplier suddenly and without warning announces that they are discontinuing them. In this case, a Skinn Hellas employee will contact you immediately to inform you of possible alternatives.
3. During periods of extreme weather events or strikes, as well as in any case of force majeure, which may affect the transportation and delivery of your order.
4. In the event that it is impossible to contact you by telephone and/or by e-mail (if a problem occurs with your order, either in relation to the product or in relation to its payment) because, for example, the information you have entered is not correctly updated.

In any case, if within sixty (60) days from the time of transmission of the order the object of the order has not yet been delivered to its recipient, the recipient has the right, upon completion of the above deadline, to withdraw from the order.

18. Withdrawal

You have the right to return the products you purchased, free of charge, and without being obliged to inform us of the reason for which you wish to return them, within a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date you receive them, by sending us the attached form, completed and signed. declaration of withdrawal and provided that they can be returned in their original condition. In this case, you will only be charged the direct cost of returning the products.

To avoid any inconvenience to you, it is advisable to carefully check the condition of the products sold and the integrity of their packaging at the time of delivery of your order, in order to detect any obvious defects (e.g. broken goods, etc.). Returns are accepted only if the products you wish to return are in the same condition in which you received them, i.e. they have not been unsealed and their packaging or any kind of markings have not been tampered with, and if they are accompanied by the relevant retail sales receipt.

The company reserves the right to any claim for compensation from the general deterioration of the condition of the products. The mere receipt of the returned products cannot be interpreted as their unconditional receipt and does not result in the amortization of claims for compensation or other rights of Skinn Hellas.

The provisions of the Civil Code apply to the treatment of defects or deficiencies of agreed properties in the items sold. For a property to be considered agreed, it must be certified as such in writing by both parties.

In case of return of the products and accordingly, on the one hand, the way you chose to pay for your order and on the other hand, the way in which their return will be made, your refund will be completed within thirty (30) calendar days from the date we receive the products. The refund can be made by crediting your account that you will notify Skinn Hellas.

Furthermore, in all cases, the returned product must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase. Also, in all the above cases, the returned products must be in the condition they were received by the customer, complete and undamaged, and their packaging must be the one that normally accompanies the product (be in excellent condition, along with all the documents that accompanied the product (e.g. Retail Invoice, etc.). Before each return, it is recommended to consult with the Skinn Hellas service department.

In any case, the return is possible provided that you have contacted the Online Store on the same day or the next business day. Also, especially in case of (1) exchange of the product within 20 days for another or others up to the amount of the price or with an additional price or (2) withdrawal within 14 days in accordance with article 5 par.10 of law 2251/1994, the product must not have been used. In order for the return of the product to be possible, the product must be accompanied by all the necessary documents proving the transaction (e.g. DAT, Retail Sales Invoice, etc.).

ATTENTION: The order can be canceled free of charge until it is mailed. If you have the slightest doubt about the fulfillment of your order, please cancel it by 16.00 because after that the order is passed on to the courier company and the charges are borne by our store.

This Agreement does not affect any consumer rights provided for by law.

19. Independence of contractual terms

If any part of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of law, the remainder of the Agreement will continue in effect. The invalid and/or unenforceable terms will be replaced by terms that come as close as possible to the meaning and purpose of the invalid or unenforceable terms from an economic perspective.

20. Assignment of rights and substitution of obligations

Skinn Hellas may enter into an agreement to assign its obligations or rights to a third party. All notices must be in writing (by hand, by email, fax or letter via first class mail, which will be deemed delivered 48 hours after posting). Any delay in exercising any right shall not be deemed a waiver of it, which may be exercised at any time by the parties.

21. Applicable Law – Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by Greek Law, in particular the laws regulating issues related to electronic commerce, distance selling and consumer protection, and any dispute arising therefrom shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens.
