15. Payment methods

1. Payment via Credit/Debit Card

1.1. The Skinn Hellas online store accepts payments with Visa and Mastercard credit, debit and prepaid cards through a certified electronic payment system of the cooperating bank. All transactions are carried out in a secure environment, using modern encryption technologies and security mechanisms (SSL / 3D Secure), which ensure the protection of customers' personal and transactional data.

1.2. Upon completion of the order, the customer is transferred to the bank's secure payment environment, where he enters his card details. Skinn Hellas does not store or process credit or debit card details.

The payment is completed electronically and the identification of the cardholder is done through the bank's security systems (e.g. one-time code - OTP, bank application).
The order can be received by the person declared as the recipient, without the presence of the card holder or the presentation of the card.

In the case of an order with an invoice, the tax details are completed upon completion of the order and the document is issued in accordance with applicable tax legislation, regardless of the payment method used.

2. Payment upon receipt of the order (Cash on delivery)

2.1. By choosing cash on delivery, payment for the order is made upon delivery of the products to the declared shipping location, directly to the carrier/courier that makes the delivery.

2.2. Payment upon delivery can be made either in cash or by debit or credit card, via a mobile POS terminal of the cooperating carrier or at the service points of the transport company, where this is supported.

2.3. The availability of card payment upon delivery or at the shipping company's stores depends on the respective shipping company and the service area.

3. Receipt and payment of your order at Skinn Hellas physical stores:

3.1. In the final stage of completing the order, select "store pickup" in the Shipping Method. Your order will remain in the store you selected in the comments of your order, for a period of 14 days after the order. Payment for the order will be made at the store's cash desk, upon receipt of the product, only in cash, and upon presentation of your ID (or passport).

4. By deposit into a bank account:

and send us the copy of the bank payment order by fax to 216 700 6058 or by e-mail to [email protected]. Upon receipt of the copy of the bank payment order, the process of sending your order will be activated.

5. Using Paypal services

5.1. By selecting this specific payment method after placing your order, you are automatically connected to your Paypal account.“Skinn Hellas AK.” and by following the instructions provided in the Paypal website environment, you complete the payment electronically.

In the case of payment with Paypal, no additional payment costs apply regardless of the order.

6. With the IRIS Payments service 

6.1 From your mobile phone through the IRIS Payments service in the application of your partner bank, scan the QR Code ή enter the phone number 6932707042 or VAT number: 103886386 in the relevant payment fields and the payment amount of your order is declared. You will not be charged any additional fees.
